About Me
I was born and raised in a small town in Idaho. I am a proud mother of two healthy children ages 7 & 3. In my childhood I enjoyed riding horses, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and boating. I very much like to be in the outdoors. You can find me doing anything from hiking or running, to just a fun afternoon at the park with my kids.

I have worked in the fitness industry for 7 years and have always led a very active lifestyle. I have traveled all over to attend elite fitness conferences and trainings. My travels have spanned as far as Jamaica and as close as Canada, and all over the U.S. I truly believe in staying educated with the latest findings and statistics in the fitness world. Our bodies are always changing and we can always be improving them!

My hobbies consist of a wide range of activities. I enjoy being in the kitchen and entertaining. I love to spend time with family & friends. I enjoy traveling and hanging out in the sun! I am passionate about fitness, and healthy living. I like to share my love of fitness with everyone around me.
